Abbots Blue Satin is a Cone 6 midfire brushable glaze with a soft pastel blue glaze with a smooth, silky character and a serene contemporary look. Calm and even on its own, it becomes especially interesting in layered work where darker glazes beneath can bloom through in misty, mottled effects.
