Shipping policy
At Decopot, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless by providing reliable shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and other essential information.
New Zealand Shipping Information
We endeavour to provide competitive shipping rates through our freight partners, Mainfreight and NZ Couriers. Pricing is calculated based on the weight or value of your order, as well as your delivery address. This will be quoted to you at checkout.
Delivery Performance
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 36 hours of order confirmation (Monday–Friday). If there are any supply issues, we’ll notify you within one business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- North Island: 1–2 business days.
- South Island: 2–4 business days.
Rural Delivery
Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Online tracking details will be emailed once the freight carrier collects and scans your parcel.
Pickup Options
You’re welcome to collect your webstore order from our pick-up area in the warehouse during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm). This applies to prepaid web orders only.
Delivery Terms
A business address is often faster and more convenient for deliveries. Urgent and Saturday deliveries (North Island addresses only) can sometimes be arranged for an additional fee.
Damage During Transit
We take every precaution to ensure your items are delivered safely. However, if your items arrive damaged:
- Check the package and contents before signing for delivery.
- Take photos of the package and contents, keeping all original packaging intact.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim or replacement.

- New Zealand Couriers: For all smaller parcel orders.
- Mainfreight: For palletised orders.
